Step nine: Follow the process

 

Having a plan is extremely important BUT following it and making adjustments is as equally if not more important!

Plan keeps children motivated but it does not mean that everything will go by it! All plans need adjusting, some even significantly. 

We should teach children that making changes to a plan doesn't mean that the plan is not working. This process teaches them that success doesn't happen by accident but by constant and sustained effort, by following and making adjustments, by not giving up!
